Our club is a proud member of Dragons Abreast Australia

OUR MISSION

We paddle to raise awareness about breast cancer while promoting wellness, fitness, and fun.

We aim to show that people can remain active and enjoy life after a breast cancer diagnosis, while also supporting the rights, safety, and well-being of those affected or at risk.

We work closely with the community to improve the lives of individuals impacted by breast cancer and strive to provide support and a voice to those living with the disease, as well as their families, carers, and supporters.

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?

You're invited to come and experience paddling.

Weather permitting we train every:

Saturday at 9.15am, Friday mornings 9am during Winter, and Tuesday nights at 5:30pm during daylight saving.

Location: Lake Wendouree Foreshore, 29 Wendouree Parade, Ballarat Central VIC

REGISTRATION

Contact us to enquire and co-ordinate a free 30 day Dragon Pass through Dragon Boat Victoria. This will ensure maximum opportunities to paddle during the trial period.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR

Shorts or leggings and a top that dries quickly, after all it is a water sport. Layer up for warmth in Winter, a waterproof jacket is handy.
Closed in shoes/sneakers/anti-slip shoes
Water bottle
Sun hat/cap

We will supply you with a paddle and life jacket.
