Note: this does not include any club-related fees, it is MANDATORY and payable online in RevSport incurring a card transaction fee of 2% + 60c per transaction in addition to the below cost.

NOTES FOR MEMBERS:
1. A Family Discount of TBA% will apply if there are 3 or more from one family living under the same roof, and they must be PAYING a Full Membership (Playing or Social); it will not include Zero fee memberships to make up the numbers.
2. If a player is Under 16, but only plays Senior Hockey, then they are classified as a “Student.”
3. NSW Active & Creative Kids vouchers will be applied after the family discount (if applicable) – these are $50 per voucher with 2 available per year. Proof of the voucher must be presented to the Treasurer.
4. Casual Players (Senior) should pay the 5 Game Membership (once a player has played 5 games, they will be liable for the Full Membership applicable).
5. Hardship considerations – Members are directed to speak to or be referred to the Treasurer for consideration of their financial situation.
6. Memberships will be reviewed during the year, and depending on the games being played you may incur further membership fees, i.e. Juniors playing Seniors.
7. When calculating your TOTAL Membership costs (Hockey ACT and CR United Club Fees) please add the two amounts that apply (from the above table), e.g. Senior Player (HACT $163.69 + CRUHC $400) = $563.69 (plus card fees)
