Join us for training on Wednesdays at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre (BALC)
Juniors (ages 10-14) 7:00-7:45 pm
Seniors (ages 15+) 7:30-8:45pm
We focus on developing people’s skills and understanding the game of water polo. Trainings focus on:
- Building confidence moving around the pool and basic ball skills
- Developing game awareness and team play
- Passing, shooting and defensive skills
- Scratch match to consolidate all the drills and skills covered.
