Welcome to 2025/2026 ONLINE REGISTRATION with for Ballarat Water Polo Club

ELIGIBILITY to play in any sanctioned competition or participate in training sessions is NOT allowed until registration has been completed, including any required payment.

Club Training:

Wednesdays at Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre (BALC)

• Juniors 7:00-7:45pm
• Seniors 7:30-8:45pm

Fees and Membership:

Registration fees include club membership fees with Ballarat Water Polo Club and insurance through Water Polo Victoria (WPV), part of Water Polo Australia. Membership fees are valid from September 2025 through August 2026, and include registration and all transaction fees for Water Polo Australia, Water Polo Victoria, and Ballarat Water Polo Club. 
Our 2025/2026 membership fees are as follows:

• Senior Country - WPV Ballarat = $270
  • includes competition in WPV events, in addition to local competition and training
  • eligible for players 18 and older 
• 17U Junior Country - WPV Ballarat = $200
  • includes competition in WPV events, in addition to local competition and training
  • 17U eligible to compete in Summer Metro competition
• 14U Junior Country - WPV Ballarat = $175
  • includes competition in WPV events, in addition to local competition and training
  • 14U eligible to compete in Summer Metro competition
• Senior Social = $125
  • includes local Ballarat competition and training
  • open to ages 19 and older
• Senior Junior = $125
  • includes local Ballarat competition and training
  • open to ages 10 to 18

Pool Entry is not included in our club fees. To see pool entry and BALC membership options, please visit the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre website. 

Participation in tournaments, including Ballarat Water Polo Cup, Junior Tri State, and Senior Country Championships will incur additional fees.

To complete registration, you will need to:

• enter all required personal information and contact details for the player (and parent/guardian of player if required)
• select the correct WPV and Club registration category from the list (i.e. Senior or Junior)
• accept and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions of Water Polo Victoria, Water Polo Australia, and Ballarat Water Polo Club
• complete payment of registration fees

RETURNING MEMBER: please select if you have recently registered with our club or with another water polo club. After you enter your information, you will be sent an email to RENEW your membership.

NEW MEMBER: please select if you are new to water polo or have not played recently
