Event Waiver

I understand that photos may be taken at this event and used in Water Polo Victoria or Water Polo Australia promotional material. If you do not agree to your imagery being captured and recorded at Water Polo Victoria-Sanctioned Events, you must notify Water Polo Victoria by sending an email to developmentofficer@vicwaterpolo.com.au with subject line “Use of Imagery Request”.

I understand that participating in sporting activity has an inherent risk and I choose to participate and accept these risks. Water Polo Victoria will provide a safe environment, but can not be held liable for serious injury, illness or death resulting in participation in Water Polo or Water Polo related activities.
