The Regional Water Polo Clinic is a weekend development program designed to grow participation and skills in water polo across regional Victoria. This clinic will offer coaching sessions for junior and senior players of all experience levels, from beginners through to advanced athletes, delivered by experienced coaches. 

Open to all participants from Ballarat and surrounding regional areas, the clinic aims to increase participation, strenghten regional water polo networks, and position Ballarat as a hub for water polo development. 

What's included:
* Coaching by experienced Water Polo Victoria staff
* Referee and Official training for interested players, volunteers, and parents
* High-level water polo athletes available to provide inspiration and insight into player development pathways
* Multiple sessions throughout the weekend to allow for busy schedules

When: 4-6 September 2026 - All sessions open to all abilities and ages.

Friday 4 Sept: 5:00-6:30PM - Back to Basics and Fundamentals
Saturday 5 Sept: 11:30AM-5:00PM - Rules and Drills
Sunday 6 Sept: 9:00AM-2:00PM - Game time!

Where: Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre

Cost: $10 per person. Covers the entire weekend, including pool entry. 
*participants must be registered Water Polo Victoria club members. Further information wil be provided following event sign up.

What to Bring:
- Swimwear you are comforatble in
- Towel and change of clothes
- Drink bottle to keep hydrated
- Enthusiasm and openness to learn and experience water polo
