On behalf of the Adelaide University Touch Club, we would like to formally invite all members, players, alumni, and supporters to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Time: 7 - 9 pm 
Location: Graduates Clubhouse, Park 10 North Adelaide 5006 SA

The AGM is an opportunity for the club to reflect on the past year, present our financials, elect the 2026/27 committee, and discuss the direction of the club moving forward. Whether you’re a current or past player, AU student, alumni or otherwise and looking to get more involved, we welcome your attendance and input.

Key agenda items include:

• Annual Report of the President

• Financial Statements of the Treasurer

• Election of 2026/27 Committee Members

• Transaction of any other business raised by the community with sufficient notice given

Nominations for committee positions are now open. If you’re passionate about touch football and want to contribute to the growth of our club, we encourage you to consider nominating yourself for the committee through the following link. Please note that you must be a current financial member of AUTC to vote at the AGM and nominate for the committee.
