By registering attendance for and/or participating in this event (“Event”), I (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Compliance with Policies and Codes
1.1. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all policies, procedures, and codes of conduct of Australian Taekwondo as amended from time to time, including but not limited to:
· Member Protection Policy
· Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy
· Anti-Doping Policy
· Codes of Conduct
· Competition Manipulation and Sports Gambling Policy
· Improper Use of Drugs and Medicine Policy
· Social Media Policy

1.2. I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, exclusion from the Event, or other sanctions in accordance with the applicable disciplinary framework.
2. Education Plan Acknowledgement
2.1. I confirm that I have reviewed and understood Australian Taekwondo’s Education Plan as a requirement of participation in the Event [LINK].
2.2. I agree to complete any mandatory education elearning modules as part of the Event preparation or ongoing participation requirements.
2.3. I understand that the purpose of the Education Plan is to promote a safe, fair, and respectful sporting environment, and that participation is a condition of involvement in the Event.
3. Code of Conduct and Behaviour Expectations
3.1. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that upholds the values and reputation of Australian Taekwondo.
3.2. I will treat all participants, officials, staff, and volunteers with respect and dignity, and will not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, bullying, or other misconduct.
3.3. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions both on and off the field of play during the Event and associated activities.
4. Health, Safety, and Risk Management
4.1. I declare that I am medically fit and able to participate in the Event and that I will immediately inform Event organisers of any condition or change in my health that may affect my participation.
4.2. I agree to follow all safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and lawful directions of Event organisers and venue staff.
5. Privacy and Consent
5.1. I consent to Australian Taekwondo collecting, using, and disclosing my personal information in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy for the purpose of administering the Event and fulfilling its legal obligations.
5.2. I consent to the use of my image and likeness in promotional and reporting materials related to the Event, unless I notify Australian Taekwondo in writing prior to the Event.
6. Integrity and Reporting
6.1. I understand that Australian Taekwondo has a commitment to integrity in sport and supports the reporting of any integrity breaches or concerns.
6.2. I acknowledge that I can report suspected breaches confidentially via:
· Australian Taekwondo’sOnline Complaint Form;
· Email the National Integrity Manager - integrity@austkd.com.au ; or
· Sport Integrity Australia’sOnline Complaint Form.

Acknowledgement and Agreement
I acknowledge and agree that:
1) I will be bound by and must comply with all Australian Taekwondo Policies, including but not limited to: Member Protection Policy; Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy; Anti-Doping Policy; Codes of Conduct; Competition Manipulation and Sports Gambling Policy; Improper Use of Drugs and Medicine Policy; and Social Media Policy, which can befound here.
2) I acknowledge that I am bound by these policies, and it is my responsibility to be familiar with these policies;
3) I understand that my participation in and attendance at the Event is conditional upon compliance with all applicable policies, codes, and education requirements of Australian Taekwondo.
4) a breach of these policies could result in you being asked to leave and further action being taken, as outlined in the complaints or discipline procedures for the respective policy.
