Club Membership
Club membership fees for the Adelaide University Sailing Club are broken into three categories to ensure our members receive the most suitable option for their interests.
Trial Membership - Monthly basis
- Valid for one month. Come to some training sessions before you commit to a full membership
1. Social Membership - $30
Our "fun land-support" membership
- Discounts to social events (e.g. pub crawls, quiz nights, sundowners)
- Access to onshore theory sessions
- Discounts for courses run by the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia
2. Cruising Membership - $150 ($10 off if you use code SETSAIL2026 before March 30th)
Our membership for those who want the enjoyment of sailing but without the pressure of racing. A more "chilled" experience
- Includes all 'Social Membership' benefits
- Weekly training sessions
- Cruising sessions (e.g. sunset, after-work, weekend, dolphin cruises)
- Access to club boats and stand-up paddle boards
- FOB access to the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia
Racing Membership - $250 ($10 off if you use code SETSAIL2026 before March 30th)
Our all-inclusive membership package for those with a competitive spirit and willingness to learn
- Includes all 'Social Membership' & 'Cruising Membership' benefits
- No experience needed
- Regular competitions at local, state, and national regattas
- Summer twilight weekday races
- Weekend races
- Regattas (boat hire and fees included)
AUSF Membership - Please note that your total will include the purchase of an AUSF membership if you are not already a member. This is free for UoA students during O-Week, and at a fee for non-UoA and exchange students.
