We’re excited to announce that the Adelaide University Motorsport Team and the UniSA Motorsport Team have officially merged, forming a single, student-led motorsport team ahead of the 2026 season under the new Adelaide University banner. The merger marks an important milestone it the team’s future following the unification of the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia. It brings together two established Formula SAE programs with strong histories within the competition. By coming together as one team, we’re combining our technical knowledge, facilities, resources, and industry connections to further strengthen our performance both on and off the track.

The merger also broadens opportunities for students across engineering, business, and media disciplines, supporting leadership development, knowledge sharing, and hands-on experience. As we begin preparations for the 2026 season, we’re looking ahead with confidence—ready to build on the successes of both teams and deliver the first generation of motorsport vehicles representing Adelaide University.
