The Adelaide University Motorsport Team (AUMT) is hosting a Team Information Night at our Mawson Lakes campus for students interested in getting involved in a large, hands-on, student-run project.
This event is primarily aimed at new members, with current team members encouraged to attend. The evening is designed to be relaxed, social, and informative—giving you the chance to meet the team, learn how we operate, and explore where you might fit in.
The night will begin at our Mawson Lakes facilities with a casual meet-and-greet, followed by a short tour of our office and workshop spaces. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the team’s Formula SAE electric car up close and speak directly with members from our subsystems, including:
This is a great opportunity to ask questions, see real hardware, and get a feel for how the team works day-to-day.
The evening will conclude with a sausage sizzle, soft drinks, and a short live demonstration of the car in the car park.
No experience is required, and there’s no pressure to commit—this event is all about learning, meeting people, and seeing whether AUMT is right for you. Students from any degree or discipline are welcome.
