Membership Form
To complete this registration, you will need to complete, the following Member Application form.
Please note that:
- If you are an adult, your signature will need to be witnessed by another adult. Someone at the club can help with this if you need.
- If you are under 18 years of age, your form will need to be signed by your parent or guardian.
If you are an AU student, please also ensure that you have a copy of your student ID handy as this will need to be uploaded.
AU Sport Membership
You will need to be (or become) an AU Sport member. This registration process will cover your membership with AU Sport as well (if you are not already a member).
Australia Karate Federation Membership
You must also be (or become) a member of Australian Karate Federation Ltd (AKF).
You will receive a separate email with a link to the AKF online membership application (and a discount code) after you have completed this registration and paid the club's membership fee.
The club's membership fee is inclusive of AKF membership fees, so you will not need to pay any additional fees to AKF separately - you will just need to use the discount code provided when completing the membership application.
