AVC Player Contract Terms

Respect for Players and Coaches:

Treat fellow players and coaches with respect and courtesy. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude during team activities.

Interactions during Training:

Men engaging in conversations with women during training should do so in groups of three or more, promoting an inclusive and comfortable environment.

Attendance Commitment:

Strive to attend at least 80% of scheduled training sessions. Notify the team in advance if unable to attend.

Communication Protocol:

Players will be assumed attending training sessions unless communication is received stating otherwise. Timely communication is essential for effective team coordination.

Payment Deadlines:

Ensure all payments are made by the allocated deadlines. Inquire with the Treasury Team (Winston Yu and Jie Zhou) for any concerns or requests related to payment.

Installment Payments:

Instalment payment plans can be coordinated within revolutioniseSPORT. The Treasury team will be in touch to establish a plan and adhere to an agreed-upon instalment schedule.

Confidentiality of Team Tactics:

Team tactics and strategies are considered confidential information. Refrain from sharing team tactics with individuals outside of the team or with other clubs.

Training Squad information:

If you have been invited to join a training squad you will not need to attend 80% of trainings but communication is highly appreciated.

Player movements:
Players may move from divisions depending on different circumstances. We intend to keep players in the squads that we have allocated but different scenarios may dictate player movement.

Photo identification requirement:

Individuals upon completing their VV registration for 2026, must submit a photo to their RevSport portal. This is a mandatory requirement for VVL participants in 2026. This is to ensure that those that take the court are who they say they are. There will be checks throughout the season by Competition Supervisors, and clubs also can request checks on match days via direct contact between the VVL Club Delegate and the Competition Supervisor on site, or VV Senior Event Manager.
