Adelaide Pickleball Club is South Australia's first pickleball club, created in 2021.
At Adelaide Pickleball Club, our aim is to develop competitive players and provide a playing environment that develops a high standard of play.
If you already know pickleball, our club is the place to hone your skills. You can enjoy mostly doubles play, and occasional singles play, with a range of different formats and partners to sharpen your pickleball in competitive play.

Weekly Sessions
CLICK HERE TO BOOK SESSIONS. All sessions require advance booking.
We currently have four sessions each week based on skill level.
1. Advanced and Intermediate Skill Level. Sessions are for players with a DUPR rating of 3.5 or higher. Play is at Mile End Netball Stadium on Thursday nights from 6.30pm to 8.30pm with eight indoor courts until the end of December. Some sessions will be replaced with Adelaide Pickleball League in November.
2. All Skill Levels. Play is at Concordia College on Sunday afternoons with twelve indoor courts, 3pm to 5pm. Sessions are for players of all skill level ratings and play may be segregated by court based on skill level. This session is suitable for beginners and inexperienced players.
3. Advanced Team Play. Play is at Mile End Netball Stadium on Monday nights with four indoor courts, 6.30pm to 8.30pm. This is an organised team play format for players anticipated to be DUPR 3.8+.
4. Intermediate Drills and Social Play. Play is at Mile End Netball Stadium on Monday nights with four indoor courts, 6.30pm to 8.30pm. This session is suitable for intermediate players (DUPR 3.5 or higher), but not beginners and inexperienced players.
All playing sessions require bookings in advance as there is a player limit on each session. Register for sessions at our Events page. All session payments are via EFTPOS at the venue.
Each two-hour session is $9 for club members and $14 for non-members. Fees are collected using EFTPOS only at sessions. Paddles are provided at the All Skill Levels sessions. Nets and balls are provided at all sessions.
Make sure you select sessions that match your skill level. If you have a DUPR skill rating, this determines your skill level for sessions. Alternatively, use the Pickleball SA Player Rating Guide to assess your own skill or ask one of our session coordinators. When you play in our club league, or sanctioned tournaments in Australia, your results are recorded and impact your official DUPR skill rating.
Competitions and Leagues
In 2024 the club introduced Adelaide Pickleball League.
The league is a short-season (4-week) doubles competition for four teams of 8 players = 32 players total.
Four seasons of the league were held in 2024, with four more planned in 2025. APL Season 8 begins in November 2025.
