2026 Club Update
Happy New Year! Club pickleball for 2026 starts again on Monday.
We have our new indoor venue, Adelaide Super-Drome (ASD), starting up with five sessions, day and night, across four days of the week. All starting next week. Book one here.
With the help of the Office of Recreation and Sport, we will have 8 courts at the Adelaide Super-Drome (the cycling velodrome) at Gepps Cross. This gives us an indoor location for both day-time and night-time sessions. We have retained all the same day-time times as Mile End this year. Night-time is almost the same as 2025, with Monday nights switching to Tuesday nights.
The new January to March timetable shows all the venues, times and session types.
This also means we have an indoor venue for the first NPL season, and day-time and night-time ladder leagues. The nomination opening dates for the first leagues are also shown in the timetable. In the first week of January we will call for player nominations.
The 3.8+ DUPR cut-off for Tuesday nights will be enforced to make sure we provide a practice session for the growing number of advanced players at the club. If you are under 3.8 DUPR, please book for Thursday night or an All Skills session.
Start preparing early for competitive play coming soon:
-
club’s day-time Ladder League starts 30 January
-
club’s NPL Season 1 starts 12 February
-
Adelaide Mini Tournament on 21-22 March
-
club’s night-time Ladder League starts 26 March
We need two new volunteers to lead each one of the Monday and Wednesday day-time sessions (four volunteers). You only need to volunteer for six months and you play for free when you volunteer. Unfortunately, these sessions will stop after 16 January if we don't have volunteers.
All the new sessions are in the club website Events page. Make sure to book in advance.
See you on court soon.
