New to hockey or crossing over from summer sports?
If cricket, touch, soccer, netball, or surf lifesaving is winding down, hockey is an ideal winter crossover. It’s quick, social, and it builds agility, fitness, coordination, and teamwork. Plenty of local kids and adults start hockey as a crossover and end up loving the club vibe and the friendships that come with it.

2026 registrations
Registrations are open for the 2026 hockey season now. Returning players can renew their registration, and new players can register for the first time.
If you’re registering kids for the first time, you don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll help you work out the right age group and answer any questions about teams, training, and equipment.

Absolutely. Hockey is a great crossover from summer sports. Many players start this way and pick it up quickly.
