Water training takes place 3 times per week....

Tuesday 5.00pm - 6.30pm

Thursday 5.00pm - 6.30pm

Saturday 7.15am - 9.00am

 

We have a land fitness program on offer for enthusiastic members keen to build their strength and fitness with their team mates...

Tuesday 4.15pm - 5.00pm.

 

What to Bring

- Shoes that can get wet (must be closed such as old runners or paddling shoes.. no thongs)

- Hat and sunscreen for the daylight hours.

- Something warm to put on afterwards

- Bottle of water.

- If you're coming to land fitness bring a mat or towel and your runners.
