Flippa Ball

Flippa Ball is a fun and safe introduction to water polo for children aged 8–11 years who can swim and tread water independently. Our experienced coaches and helpers provide guidance, teaching skills, drills, and game rules in a supportive, non-competitive environment.

• Saturday mornings 9-1030am at PLC Woy Woy (October - March)

Winter Games

In Term 3, Woy Woy hosts Winter Games to keep players active in the off-season:

• Juniors (U12–U16): Wednesday nights

• Seniors (16+): Tuesday nights

• These sessions are social and fitness-focused, bringing players from all clubs and ages together. They’re also the perfect chance for new players to come and try water polo.

• Central Coast Summer Competition (October–March Saturdays)

• NSW Junior Country Club Championships

We offer teams in U12, U14 & U16 age groups, providing pathways from social competition to representative level and beyond.

Seniors

Our senior Wombats compete in:

• Central Coast Summer Competition (October–March, Wednesday nights)
• NSW Open Country Club Championships
• NSW Masters Championship

We offer teams in 1st, 2nd & 3rd grade divisions for both men and women. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced National League player, there’s a team for you and new members are always welcome!
