PHIL CEBERANO & BIGFOOT 

By popular demand, the super charismatic Phil Ceberano & his Rock, Soul, Funk Bigfoot band mates Andy Sylvio and Scott Thornburn (BIGFOOT) are back.

Phil Ceberano has been working in the entertainment industry both locally and internationally for over 30 years as professional musician, entertainer, TV presenter, producer, songwriter, musical director and composer.

Known for his musical achievements he is regarded as one of Australia’s great guitarists. He has travelled extensively throughout Australia, Europe, the UK and US which has given him invaluable experience as a live performer.

Phil joined forces with sister Kate Ceberano in 1985, together enjoying the huge success of her triple platinum selling debut solo album, ‘Brave’ the partnership of Phil and Kate would endure for many years to come.

As well as working extensively with his sister, Phil has formed and played in many bands including well known Melbourne club band Sexual Chocolate (87-93) and Trentwood, Phil’s original power rock trio that toured throughout Australia (2001-2005), playing over 400 gigs in four years.

Phil is a true entertainer with a magnetic personality, a ‘can do’ attitude, a real passion for life and a brilliant ability to connect with audiences of all ages.

He has also recently moved down to live close by on the Mornington Peninsula (and join WYC!) with his wife & young family, so is super excited to share his positive vibes with our Peninsula SongRiders music loving community.

The AGM will be held in Clubhouse commencing at 3pm Saturday May 11th to be followed by Presentation and Dinner at the Westernport Hotel Hastings starting at 5.30 pm.

"CHRIS ON DRUMS" : ALBUM LAUNCH

celebrating the music of Chris Haylock.

Peninsula SongRiders was born from first fortnightly then weekly legendary muso nights in Balnarring and then also @ Baha Rye, nearly 20 years ago. It was a community musical experiment that went wildly well, and founded much original music, many bands, lifelong friendships that together etablished a recognised and much loved Peninsula music scene.

At the heart of the fire that came from the spark at the start, was a generous and creative community minded man, a rock of reliability and trustworthyness, and a fantastic drummer to boot!

This gig celebrates the official release of the double album 'CHRIS on DRUMS - a celebration of his music'.

This will be a joyous celebration of the magic that Chris shared with us all for so many years, and will also be a fundraiser for Chris & Cath's beautiful 3 children, Renae, Eva and Leo.  A gift from all of us. 

Appearing on the night will be : Aaron Brereton, Brad Kennedy, Paul Dillon, Pete Kaighin, Ian Treloar and Ree Liddell, Marty Williams, Rhys Jones, Peter Lee, Steve Haylock, Matt Wood, and maybe even a few suprise guests from further afield!! lets see.  :)
