Werrington Athletic and Little Athletics Centre was found in 1983 and is located in Penrith City Council in New South Wales. We are all about Family, Fun and Fitness for young athletes aged 3 – 20 years old, teaching kids sport foundations and skills via running, jumping and throwing.
Little Athletics is a foundation for all sports, giving young athletes skills to improve all areas of their fitness and co-ordination. Participation in athletics, teaches kids the importance of movement and physical fitness. When these values are exposed to young minds, it’s much more likely that they will stick with these habits as they grow.
The focus is not on winning; it is on athlete participation and personal bests (PB's).
