It’s that time of year again! All members are warmly invited to attend the Wenty Leagues Squash Club Annual General Meeting 2025 – a key night on our squash calendar.

• President’s Report
• Treasurer’s Report – with presentation of the audited 2024 financial statements
• Club Captain’s Report
• Election of the 2025/26 Executive Committee, Club Captains & 1 Team Selector
  (Nomination forms available now – Click here. Submissions close Monday 26th May)
• Presentation and voting on the updated WLSC Constitution which has been reviewed and accepted by the Executive Committee. Members can review the document available here prior to the AGM.
• General Business & Member's Q&A (all questions must be submitted via email to the secretary Bernard Worsley by COB Monday 26 May)

• Online registration for the AGM is compulsory. REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ON THURSDAY 29th MAY at 5.00PM. 

Spring Pennant 2025 Registrations

Our original plan was to assist members by collecting registration forms and credit card details at the AGM, and then processing Spring Pennant registrations on their behalf. This was intended as a temporary measure while we awaited the 2025/26 affiliation fee update from Squash NSW and before the online system became available.

However, following a privacy concern raised by a member—and after reviewing our approach—we have decided to revert to online registrations only. As soon as Squash NSW resets the system for the new financial year, we will notify all members and provide the relevant link to complete your registration. We'll keep you updated as soon as online registrations are open.

Maurice Wheatley Handicap Tournament – July 2025

We’re excited to announce the return of the Maurice Wheatley Handicap Tournament, last played in 2019 and making a comeback this July at Northmead. Open to all Wenty Leagues Squash Club members, this mid-season event offers a fun and competitive format, giving players of all grades the opportunity to take part in something a little different. You can register via our website (click here) or register on AGM night. It's free for all playing members.
