2023 Australian Indoor Rowing Championships

Saturday 28 October saw Wentworth District Rowing Club participate in the Australian Indoor Rowing Championships. Taking place in our temporary rooms at McLeod oval, 13 competitors. 8 ergs, 2 computers, 2 TV’s, multiple supporters, 36 races and so much fun! Wentworth was amazing.

Wentworth Rowing Club Flood Recovery

The clean-up begins…. It was a very sad and sorry sight inside the Wentworth District Rowing Club last week, when we were able to take our first look inside the clubhouse and boat shed. The water got to 113cm and has pretty much destroyed everything! Despite our best efforts to prevent this occurring our club house, boat shed, equipment and furniture have been destroyed and extensively damaged.
