2026 Hyne Timber Bridge 2 Bridge Time Trial Regatta
Everyone is welcome to participate in this race, we have events for School Boys and Girls, all the way through to Bloody Old Masters. All boat categories are welcome, though coxed boats are recommended for those new to the river!
For the first time, Recreational Rowers are able to enter to get a taste for Competitive Time Trial racing. Have you always wanted to see what the fuss is all about! Send your name and National Id. number to secretary.wbrc@gmail.combefore the 7th of August to register for the race

Time -Welcome and Race Briefing 11:30am,
Racing from 12:00pm
Distance -13.684 kilometres
Seat Fees:
Seat fees for the event include a regatta shirt. If you register by July 27th you will receive your shirt at the B2B. Later registrations will receive their shirts in the mail after the event.
Seniors Seat Fees: $50 Junior Seat Fees: $35
Please note: The unisex shirts are different to our previous shirts so ensure that you check the sizing chart to select a size that you are comfortable with.

Saturday Afternoon Presentations:
Come listen to some tunes and picnic with us on the lawn of the Boatshed from 11:30am until the food is gone! Coffee, softdrinks and a small bar will be open and a BBQ will be cooking. We anticipate that proceedings will be over by 3pm.

Helping Wide Bay Rowing Club and Maryborough State High School re-establish School Rowing in the Wide Bay Region.
Maryborough State High School – An Independent Public School, rowing again after 15 years break in activities on the water. Students are assisting with the regatta management through their Hospitality, Marine Studies and Business Management courses at the high school. They will also have crews in the time trial.
