Summer Sesions

Creating an environment where individuals can focus on their personal development without a team or selection pressure. It caters for all abilities from “new to hockey” to elite players. These sessions are highly individualised covering a holistic approach to personal development – Mind, Body and Hockey.

The course starts and finishes with comprehensive physical and skill assessments. It is a 11 week high intensity program.

These include fitness, flexibility and strength tests coupled with a wide range of hockey skill tests.

Based on the initial assessment’s players are given a personalised program to complete outside of the actual
on field sessions.The on-field sessions will be run by qualified and experienced hockey coaches.

Summer Sessions will challenge players both mentally and physically. Ultimately, we hope to teach individuals the process of how to make measurable changes to their performances which is transferrable to other aspects of their lives.
