REGISTRATION FOR WINTER 2026 HAS NOW CLOSED

We still have spaces available on some of our Junior and Senior teams.

• If you have not registered for softball before, please select “NEW MEMBER” below and complete the online form.
• If you are a returning Wahroonga member you will need your Softball ID number, which can be obtained by contacting WahroongaSoftballRegistrar@gmail.com. With your Softball ID number on hand, please follow the link for “RETURNING MEMBERS” and complete the online registration.  Returning members from the 2025 season are able to access a rebate on the 2025 season.  Please select the relevant category.

SPECIAL NOTE:  NORTH SHORE REP PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS - If you have registered as a Representative Player or Official since 1 July 2025, you will be contacted directly. Invoices will be issued for the additional cost of the winter season. Please do not proceed to register via the website.

MEMBERS ON PERMISSION - ARE YOU FROM ANOTHER CLUB OR ASSOCIATION?  DO YOU NEED A CLEARANCE OR PERMIT?

If you have previously registered with another Club or Association and Wahroonga is not your Home Club, you will require a permit/clearance from your Home Club (you are a Member on Permission (MOP)).  A request for a permit/clearance is done as you progress through the registration process.

PERMIT (required if you’re joining Wahroonga for the winter season only):

• To get a PERMIT you must be registered for your HOME CLUB FIRST. If the system prompts you for a Clearance and you want a Permit, it means you have not renewed with your Home Club first.

• You can either renew your membership with your Home Club first then come back to register with Wahroonga as a RETURNING MEMBER or apply for a permanent clearance making Wahroonga your Home Club (contact WahroongaSoftballRegistrar@gmail.com for assistance).

CLEARANCE (required if you intend to make Wahroonga your permanent Home Club):

• If you wish to change Home Clubs permanently continue below by clicking on RETURNING MEMBER and follow the instructions (contact WahroongaSoftballRegistrar@gmail.com for assistance).

ACTIVE KIDS’ VOUCHERS - The process to redeem your voucher has changed.  If you hold a valid Active Kids’ Voucher, please forward the voucher number to WahroongaSoftballRegistrar@gmail.com before you register.  The voucher will be validated and a discount code provided to you by return email.  You can then proceed with online registration and enter the discount code in the appropriate field. 

FAMILY DISCOUNT - Wahroonga offers a discount of 10% for families registering three or more family members of the same household (value to be refunded following registration).

DUAL REGISTRATION (Junior Players DIV 2 and above) - Junior players who dual register for both morning and afternoon games will be required to pay an additional fee. Players will be invoiced for this amount once placement on an afternoon team has been confirmed.  Please indicate your interest in dual registration when completing your registration. The club will endeavour to fulfil these requests, however, all requests are subject to grading approval and placement on an afternoon team is not guaranteed.

REGISTRATION FEES – 2026

In recognising the disrupted 2025 season due to weather, North Shore is offering a rebate to returning members who were registered in 2025. Discounts only apply at time of registration and cannot be claimed at a later date.

**Discounts will be applied during the registration process and fees adjusted at checkout. Please select the relevant membership category. MOP denotes Member on Permission.

PAYMENT - You will be directed to make payment immediately when registering. Payment is by Credit Card only so please have your details ready. (Non-refundable Service Provider and Governing body processing fees will be added at checkout).

WE CAN’T OPERATE WITHOUT YOUR HELP!

Our club is part of a community-based Association, which can only function with the help of its members. Please be aware that all registered members will be required to fulfil rostered duties throughout the season (umpiring, grounds duties or set up and pack up). Duties will be allocated by team managers and shared across each team.

Our fundraising efforts may include a Bunnings BBQ throughout the season and we will be seeking assistance from all teams to ensure this is a success. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
