Connect with a statewide community of skateboarders, coaches, clubs and partners. SV membership provides access to opportunities, resources and support to build skills, develop local leadership and get more people active through skateboarding.
Where do I start?
Joining as an individual?
Associate Membership is your starting point, whether you want to support skateboarding, develop your skills or progress towards coaching, volunteering or officiating.
Want to become a community skateboard coach?
Start with Associate Membership, then complete the Community Skateboard Coach Qualification. This is a separate coaching qualification, not another membership category.
Starting a club or delivering programs and events?
Your nominated representative joins as an Associate Member first. Contact SV to discuss Affiliate Delivery Partner membership and the onboarding requirements for your proposed activities.
Representing an industry organisation?
Affiliate Industry Partner membership connects businesses and organisations with opportunities to support and contribute to skateboarding. Your nominated representative completes Associate Membership first.
What happens next?
Complete the relevant registration below. SV will guide you through any additional training, supporting documents and approvals required for your role.
Membership registration does not automatically authorise coaching or program delivery. Relevant requirements must be completed before you begin those activities.
