The Victorian Kendo Championships (VKC) 2026 will be held on 17-18 October 2026 at Monash University, Clayton Campus.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

• ALL competitors, shinpan and volunteers are required to register via this page.

• Team entries (including Kata Pairs) should be submitted by a Club representative.

• Club representatives - please note recent changes to the Women's Open Team event. Please refer to the Info Sheet sent via email and follow the registration guidelines for this division.
  
  

• Competitors:

  • You may only register for one individual event.

  • Interstate Competitors: To register, you will need to join the VKR for free as an 'Affiliated Member' which will allow you to create a RevSport profile. Use the link here: https://www.revolutionise.com.au/vkr/registration/

• Clubs:

  • A single Club representative is required to register and pay for their Club’s teams and kata pair entries.

  • Excluding the Women's Open Team event, for all other team/kata divisions - Only teams comprising players from the same Club may be entered. Combined or ‘composite’ teams from two or more Clubs (including interstate Clubs) are not permitted. 

• Shinpan/volunteer:

  • If you are a shinpan or volunteer, please register your attendance via this page to support planning.

  • All participants 4th Dan and above may be called upon to shinpan.
