The VKR will be hosting our monthly Kendo Keiko on the first Friday of the month at Kenshikan. This training is open to all VKR kendo members.

Format: 

• 6.30pm - Kenshikan opens 
• 7.00-7.50pm - General jigeiko for all members 
• 8.00-8.30pm - Mawari-geiko for 5th dan members 

For any VKR visitors to Kenshikan, please ensure:

• Aligns to MBK Covid policy
• Masks are strongly recommended inside Kenshikan

• please do not attend if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID
