Vital RG

1. All members participating in classes at Vital RG must be registered members of Gymnastics WA (GWA) for insurance and personal accident cover - please refer to the member page for costs

2. No refunds are given to term fees unless a medical certificate is provided (however only 70% of fees will be refunded. Alternatively, credit can be put towards the following term’s fees if desired). Make up classes on alternative day are provided if a lesson is missed for any reason.

3. Fees will be determined according to the clubs fees policy. Fees are due within the first week of term for all term classes. Fees paid two weeks late will incur an extra $20.00 administration fee. Fees due monthly will be charged $20 late fee if not paid within 30 days of due date. 

4. An administration fee of $50 will be incurred if an enrolment is placed and the child does not attend classes due to change of mind.

5. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their child before and after class. Children are to be picked up from inside the premises at all times.

6. Parents/Guardians are responsible to supervise any accompanying children in the premises.

7. Permission is given to collect information in relation to injury under the host site Revolutionise. All information will remain confidential and used only for the purpose of injury reporting.
