Attention: All Clubs and Committees of Hockey Coffs Coast

The HCC Board would like to provide a brief update on the progress of the turf construction project:

1. Current Status:

   • The Polytan team is currently in the design phase following the completion of detailed preliminary reports.
   • Based on the flood and geotechnical reports provided by the City of Coffs Harbour, the playing surface will need to be raised by 300mm.

2. Next Steps:

   • Polytan will commence construction once the final field design is completed and approved by the HCC Board.
   • The design is expected to be finalised by the end of January, with construction scheduled to begin in February.

3. Timeline for Completion:

   • Subject to the timely production of the synthetic turf carpet and weather, the project is moving forward as per plan.
