As it’s Christmas we’ve thrown in a few ODD events come and run a Mile or grab some family & friends for an event favourite, shuttle relays! Something different, an original Olympic event – the STANDING LONG

Remember, we are a QA senior club with an expectation that you have specialised in a particular event area discipline. If you select events across several disciplines your participation in each selected event will be reduced. Please check the timetable before you nominate.
