- Tuesday afternoons 5:00pm
Who
- For distance runners of varying ability aiming at specific 5km-42km fun runs & road races.
*** You should be able to jog for 1 hour contineously before joining this group.

Where
- UQ tan track & road along Jon Oxley Walk & Sir William Macgregor Dr, UQ track, Staff house road
What
- Running sessions including a warmup, session, and warm down (around 10km total)
- Running drills and tips
- 5km time trial at the end of semester 1
Why?
- To provide a safe and fun place for runners to connect, workout and improve
How
- Coached by Dr Nathan Cook from the School of Human Movement & Nutrition Sciences (Lecturer, Dietitian & Running Coach)
- $6 per session (+ club membership à $12/year for insurance and your safety)
