Welcome to the Tuggeranong Vikings Hockey Club Registration portal.

Please read before starting the registration process.

HAVE YOU REGISTERED FOR HOCKEY BEFORE?

RETURNING MEMBER if you have registered with any Australian Hockey Association or competition using the RevolutioniseSPORT (revSPORT) system.

NEW MEMBER if you are new to hockey or have never registered to play using the revSPORT system.

WHAT ARE YOU REGISTERING FOR?

Select your Registration Group (revSPORT calls it Payment Class)

Your Registration Group is determined by the competition and age group you are registering for as determined by Hockey Australia (HA) & Hockey ACT (HACT). Your fees to HA & HACT vary with your Registration Group.

All members must register even if they are not playing, including team managers, coaches, umpires, technical officials and TVHC committee members. If you are on the field you MUST register.

REGISTRATION FEES

Your registration fees comprise two parts:

PART 1 - CAPITATION LEVY (CL)

Paid to HA and HACT to cover the cost of running these associations and to cover your insurance.

You pay the CL only ONCE per year even if you participate in multiple competitions. We offer 5 categories of the HA component of the CL HookIn2Hockey (H2H), Outdoor Senior, Outdoor Junior, Indoor Senior, Indoor Junior & Outdoor Senior Casual Player.

For H2H the CL may include an additional HACT levy to cover the H2H carnivals.

PART 2 - TVHC MEMBERSHIP & COMPETITION FEES

Paid to Tuggeranong Vikings Hockey Club (TVHC), this includes two parts: the club membership and competitions fees for the competition you are nominating to enter.

Your TVHC fees will be determined by your age group, your competition and grade. The registration process will ask you to nominate the competition and grade you wish to nominate for.

At Registration you must pay the CL and at least $100 (minimum deposit) toward your Membership and Competition Fees. You will be asked in the registration process to acknowledge that the payment of $100 is only a deposit.

Your Competition Fees representing over 95% of your TVHC fees cover Team Nomination Fees, Umpiring Fees and Field Hire Fees.

TVHC Fees are paid for the full season. Where a Senior player expects to play less than half the season’s games, they may elect to pay by the GAME by registering with the Registration Group Outdoor Senior Casual Player. Casual Players will be invoiced for the games they have played on 1 July & 1 October.

You will be invoiced periodically until your invoice is paid in full.

Fees are due in FULL before 1 July so TVHC can pay HACT as the club is invoiced. Players not fully paid on 1 July become unfinancial and ineligible to play.

TVHC offers a range of discounts to members by application to the Treasurer.

VOLUNTEERING

This is a community sporting organisation that is run by volunteers. Your club is only as good as the efforts of our volunteers and many hands make light work. We ask that you nominate where you can help with the running of your club.
