Athletics ACT - Registration Conditions and Waiver

In undertaking this registration

I confirm that the details provided as part of the registration process are true and correct;
I acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies of Athletics ACT, as detailed on the Athletics ACT website;
I acknowledge my responsibility not to take actions nor make public comments that would bring the reputation of Athletics ACT into disrepute

I agree to the Parents/Caregivers Code of Conduct that is on the link provided below.
I agree that an adult/caregiver will stay with my child on a Saturday morning and at club trainings, and if the adult/caregiver is not able to stay with my child I will let my child's Age Group Manager know.
I agree to actively assist where possible with my child's events on a Saturday morning (eg Timing, Measuring etc)
I agree that my family will volunteer for at least 2 volunteer roles for the season in either the Canteen and/or helping with setting up for the events on a Saturday morning by adding my name to the Signup website If I am not able to assist in volunteering, I will email the club Registar registrar@tlaa.org.au
