On Saturday 25th February 2023, Towns Souths Hockey Club held a general meeting and passed a resolution to update Towns Souths Hockey Club Inc Constitution to comply with Associations Act 2015. Please note that 'Association' in the Special Resolution refers to Towns Souths Hockey Club Inc, not Bunbury and Districts Hockey Association.

The updated Constitution was lodged with Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety on 4 March 2023 and approved on 14 April 2023.
