Member Declaration
I undertake that the applicant will participate in Physical Culture classes, competitions and associated activities with the Towarri Physical Culture Inc. in accordance with the rules of the Towarri PHysical Culture Inc. 

This declaration releases the Towarri Physical Culture Inc., its teachers, officers or members from any responsibility for any injury or loss, claim or liability whilst the member is involved directly or indirectly in Towarri Physical Culture Inc. activities.

Code of Conduct
I undertake that the applicant will abide by the BJP School of Physical Culture Code of Conduct available by clicking here. 

I undertake that the applicant will up hold the Towarri Physical Culture club values. 

I understand that Towarri Physical Culture has a Zero tolorance to Bullying and have read and understood the Anti-bullying Policy attached to this declaration. In the event of a bullying incident I am aware that there will be consequense upheld  by the club teachers and officers.
