Golf Clubs are requested to complete the below application to host a Greg Norman Junior Masters Qualifying Event in 2027.

It is important to read through the information provided and take note of the criteria listed for junior participants to qualify. Further, can you inform the juniors participating in your Event of these qualifying conditions, highlighting the need for them to be financial members of TeeMates.
Host Club Commitment:
- Send nomination forms of qualifiers prior to distribution/promotion to TeeMates for approval.
- Once nomination form/flyers approved, this information will be sent to Districts and juniors
- Provide juniors with a copy of the qualifying conditions upon entry into your Qualifying Event.
- Display qualifying conditions at your qualifying event.
- Inform and ensure juniors playing in the event are aware they need to be financial members of TeeMates (prior to tee off) in order to qualify.
- Send full field results to Danielle Hill at TeeMates directly after the event or the latest within two days of the event's completion.
TeeMates Commitment:
- Will assist in the Club's promotion of their GNJM qualifying event (see below).
- Will provide Club with a list of juniors who are fully paid members of TeeMates.
- Will publish a list of the juniors qualifying for the GNJM online, but only once the results have been received.
- Will notify juniors who have qualified for the GNJM via email communications.
