How do members access the benefits associated with TeeMates?
Youth on Course:
- TeeMates members will receive a welcome email from Youth on Course within 24 hours of registering for TeeMates. This email will outline all the details on how to access rounds and where they can play. More facilities will be added after launch and as TeeMates evolves.
- TeeMates members will also have access to a printable membership card, which they will use to show registered YOC facilities they are a member.

- TeeMates members can access Youth on Course opportunities in the United States if they desire. To contact the team in the U.S. click here.
Membership gift:
- TeeMates members will receive a sleeve of Callaway golf balls for joining TeeMates. The golf balls will be mailed to your home address or address provided when signing up to TeeMates - Please check your details are up to date in your profile.
- TeeMates members will be emailed information on how to redeem their $20 credit with their local PGA member or club/facility pro shop.
U.S. Kids Golf Credit:
- TeeMates members will need to register for an account with U.S. Kids Golf
- TeeMates members who already have an account with U.S. Kids Golf, will also be credited and the credit can be used for event registration with U.S. Kids Golf events only. This credit will be available to apply upon reaching the checkout stage of the registration process.
- Information about accessing the credit will be included in the members welcome email and a separate email about U.S. Kids Golf will be sent to each new TeeMates member.
Exclusive news, promotions, awards, and video content:
- TeeMates members will have access to these items via email communications and by logging into their own personal account they setup when registering for TeeMates
- TeeMates members (financial only) will be eligible for the monthly lucky member draw.
Official GA Handicap:
- TeeMates Plus members can get an official GA handicap if they choose.
- When a TeeMates Plus member signs up for membership, a golflink number will be automatically assigned to them. The golflink number will be issued to them within 24 hours and is necessary for a member to gain their official GA hanidcap.
- To get your official GA handicap, you will need to submit either three 18 hole round scores, or six 9 hole round scores.
- For Teemates Plus members to get access to your golflink number for handicapping purposes, they will need to log into their account.
- TeeMates Plus members have to ability to submit scorecards directly to info@teemates.org.au or, as per normal through a TeeMates competition. Please ensure that you include the date, name of golf course and the colour tee markers you have played off and that the card is signed off by an appropriate person, i.e., PGA Golf Professional or another player who currently holds an official Golf Australia handicap.
