COVID-19 Safe Play Guidelines

Tamworth Softball Association is a registered Covid-Safe organisation. 

UPDATE: COVID PLAY SAFE GUIDELINES REINTRODUCED FOR TRAINING & COMPETITION - EFFECTIVE 23 JUNE 2021

To keep us all safe, SNSW have reintroduced some Covid Play Safe Guidelines from June 23 2021. They allow for the continuation of our competition and other softball activities.

Please take note and apply the new guidelines in the lead up to this Saturday’s games:

  • Do NOT attend if you are feeling unwell
  • Do NOT attend if you have been to a listed hot spot
  • Be prepared to play - Tasks that can be completed at home should be (stretching/recovery)
  • You must not arrive more than 30 minutes prior to game commencing
  • Warm ups are restricted to 20 mins
  • All attendees must check in via the Service NSW App using one of the many signs around the diamonds
  • No handshakes or high fives
  • No benches to be provided for dugouts, please bring your own chair if needed and comply with 1.5m social distancing
  • Spectators must wear a mask and maintain 1.5m social distancing
  • Players must wear a mask at all times when not actively participating in a game
  • Leave the grounds immediately once the game has concluded
