Tamworth Hockey are looking to bring back our HOCTOBERFEST!! Compete for prize $$ in either Men's, Women's or Mixed competitions. $1000 team nomination.

Held over the October long weekend, there will be competitive matches combined with a fun social atmosphere including live music/entertainment of an evening. 
This form is merely an EOI form to guage interest. Please note we will be accepting only 10 teams per competition, so we will accept the first 10 nominations
