GYM STARTERS
Ages: 5–8 years (school-aged) • Boys & Girls
GYM STARTERS provides a strong foundation in gymnastics through fun, engaging group and circuit-based sessions. Lessons are structured around dominant movement patterns and follow the TGC Gemstone Levels 1–4 (Opal, Garnet, Jade, Amethyst), including assessment and performance milestones.
Children develop fundamental skills on the vault, bars, beam, floor and trampolines, with introduced strength and conditioning to support safe, confident movement. Gymnasts can take part in 2–4 performance opportunities each year at our seasonal Carnivals.
