NOTICE OF AGM

Dear St Joes Members,

Our Annual General Meeting will be held at:

• 3pm Sunday, 8th February 2026
• Location: The Sturt Club, Broken Hill

All positions will be declared open at the AGM, nominations are now being taken in writing for these positions (see nomination details below). 

The board positions are: 

• President
• Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Registration Officer

Other positions within St Joes:

• Senior Coordinator
• Junior Coordinator
• Equipment Officer
• Canteen Coordinator
• Publicity Officer
• Sponsor & Fundraising Organiser
• Delegates for BHSA (3) & BHJSA (2)

Nominations must be made in writing via email to: stjoes_soccer@hotmail.com

Information to include in your nomination:

• Position of interest
• Why you're interested in the position and what you bring to St Joe's
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC required for all board members for the safeguarding of children)
• Names of 2 current St Joe's members who endorse your application

Nominations close 1/2/2026, 7 days prior to the AGM

All members are invited to attend AGM.

Expressions of Interest for Coaches: these positions will be decided at the AGM.

• Apply in writing via email to stjoes_soccer@hotmail.com before 1/2/2026.
• Include the following in your application: coaching experience, WWCC (valid in NSW) and the ages/grades of interest for coaching in the application.
