Welcome & Club History
The Saint Andrews Hockey Club Inc. is in the Port Pirie & Districts Hockey Association in South Australia, its colours are Red, Blue, Green & White, formed in 1929. It is a large, family oriented club that prides it-self on being competitive and successful. We are a well-respected club with over 150 senior and junior playing members. Whether you are a seasoned pro or someone new to the game, Saint Andrews will welcome you and have you playing hockey in a team suitable to your skill level.
The club was formed initially as an all ladies club in 1928 by Adelaide Taverner. The club became a mixed club with both men’s and ladies teams when Saint Andrews merged with the men's Rovers club in the mid 1990's.
Teams
Saint Andrews has teams in every junior and senior division. This includes Division 1 & 2 Men and Women, Under 18s mixed, Under 14s mixed and Under 9s mixed.
Playing Uniform
The club's colours are dark bottle green tops with red, white and blue stripes. The ladies teams all wear a tartan pleated skirt, whilst the men's teams wear dark, bottle green shorts.
Social Club
As well as being involved in on field competition, Saint Andrews has a very active social committee who organise a number of functions, including our much acclaimed 300 Club - the clubs major fundraiser held every year.

Under 9s/14s: 4.30pm-5.30pm
Under 18s: 5.30pm-6.30pm
Women: 6pm
Men: 7pm
