South Australian Masters Squash Association (SAMS) is a not for profit organisation founded to provide recreational sport for participants over 30 years of age in a friendly, competitive environment.
The competition is played in different venues each night with many players playing more than once a week.

Squash SA runs a home-and-away, weeknight competition across the metropolitan area, catering for players of all ages and standards.

Daytime Squash is a mixed competition followed by a shared lunch. Wednesday mornings from 9:30am.

Racquet Ball is a growing sport with a different feel. With a larger ball than squash and shorter Racquet, Raccquet Ball offeres a unique experience that has slightly different rules and can be played on squash courts.

South Adelaide Squash Centre has Racquetball Teams that play weekly and the courts are available for hire to racquetball players for training or playing. We also have equipment that can be hired and a range of new equipment that can be bought in store.
