🏃 Competition Details

Day: Friday
Time: Events commence from 5:45pm
Age Groups: Tiny Tots (3 & 4 years) through to U17
Venue:Janice Crosio Oval, Rosford Street Reserve, Smithfield
Track Surface: Grass

📋 Registration Pack Collection

Registered athletes who have not yet collected their registration pack can do so on Fridays between 5:00pm and 5:30pm at Rosford St Reserve, Smithfield.

Your registration pack includes your athlete’s competition bib number and Coles Age Patch.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Athletes cannot compete on the same night they collect their registration pack.

Once your pack has been collected, your athlete’s details need to be entered and processed through RevSport. They will be eligible to compete from the following Friday.

We strongly recommend collecting your pack as soon as possible to avoid missing another week of competition.

👕 Uniforms

Club uniforms and supporter merchandise will also be available for purchase during the 5:00pm–5:30pm Friday collection period.

Cash and EFTPOS accepted.

🪪 New Members – Proof of Age

If you are:

Registering with Little Athletics for the first time
Transferring from another centre, or
Returning after more than one year away

you MUST bring an ORIGINAL proof of age document to finalise your registration.

Accepted documents include an original birth certificate or passport. Photocopies or photos of documents will not be accepted.

🧒 Tiny Tots – Parent/Guardian Required

All Tiny Tots MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the field at all times during competition.

Please ensure the accompanying parent or guardian has a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) that has been provided to the club and successfully verified before entering the field.

🙋 Parent Helpers & Volunteers – WWCC Required

Smithfield Athletics relies on the support of our families to help run our Friday night competitions.

ALL parents, guardians and volunteers who enter the field to assist MUST have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and be verified before entering the competition area.

This includes Age Managers, Parent Helpers/Assistants, Starters, Timekeepers and anyone else assisting on the field.

If you have not yet provided your WWCC number and date of birth for verification, please do so as soon as possible.

📅 2026/27 Season

The 2026/27 season begins on Friday 4 September 2026.

Weekly competition is held every Friday evening at Janice Crosio Oval, Rosford Street Reserve, Smithfield, with events commencing from 5:45pm.
