Summer Hockey
Hi Everyone,
We are excited to announce the return of Summer Hockey after a wonderful response last year. Social hockey games will run on Wednesday nights from the 15th October through to the 17th December.
Information for teams:
- Family-friendly fun and relaxed format, great opportunity for family and friends of all abilities to play together.
- Team fee is $500.
- All players must be registered.
- All teams must supply an umpire and will be allocated on the draw.
- Games are played on a half field with 7 players a side (goalkeeper optional).
- Game duration 40mins ( 2x 20 min halves)
- Rules are modified and designed for player safety for mixed teams of all ages and skill levels.
- If you don’t have a full team and want to nominate as an individual or small group you can still register your interest and we will try and form a team for you.
- Times will be confirmed later.
- Players must be 11 yrs and over to play in adult format.
The competition this year will be run by Mittagong Sports Hockey Club and they would love early team nominations to ensure a smooth Summer Competition.
