GMTA Season 2025-26

Welcome back everyone,

Registrations are open for the upcoming GMTA season. Following the AGM, we have confirmation of the upcoming GMTA senior tennis competition with dates, formats and schedules all finalised.

Key Information

•  The Club's Committee, in conjunction with the Match sub-committee, has prepared a Match Committee Policy for the upcoming season. Please click on the ATTACHMENT for the Club's Match Committee Policy.
  
  
• 2^nd September 2026 - Online Registrations formally OPEN.

• The link will also be available via the Club’s website and Facebook page.

• 25th September 2026 – Registrations CLOSE. 

• Payment is required at the time of registration. If you would prefer a payment plan, please reach out to the club via one of the contacts below and the club will provide assistance.

• Dates of season: 10th October - 9th December (bye for Melbourne Cup), 9th January – 23nd February (bye for Australia Day) and finals following this.

Along with this, there is also the opportunity to enter in a Friday night competition that will be run on hardcourt only. Much like the previous SDTA format its structured:

• 3 men and 3 women
• DOUBLES only
• Hardcourt with some synthetic grass matches
• commencing Friday 9^th October

If you’re wishing to enter in both competitions, there will be no extra cost involved with that.
