83rd Australian Sharpie National Championships

The 83rd Australian Sharpie National Championships will bring together Australia’s top Sharpie sailors for nine days of competitive racing and vibrant social events on the iconic Swan River in Perth.

Hosted by Mounts Bay Sailing Club, this prestigious regatta will welcome sailors, families, and supporters from across the country for what promises to be one of the highlights of the national sailing calendar.

• 45–60 boats expected
• 135–200 sailors and crew
• 9 days of racing and social events
• Competitors travelling from WA, SA, VIC, NSW, TAS and QLD

On the Water

Racing will take place on the renowned Swan River, delivering Perth’s famous summer seabreezes and a true test of skill, teamwork and strategy. Spectators will have multiple opportunities to experience the action up close, including:

• Viewing from the waterfront at Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club
• Access to spectator boats for on-water viewing
• Prime vantage points along the river foreshore
