Sharks Hockey Club registration can be paid via the options below:-
- Lump Sum payment at time of Registration - ensure to select "FULL PAYMENT" at time of registration.
- Installments as a payment plan, with installments paid monthly - ensure to select option "PAYMENT PLAN" at time of registration.

Sharks Hockey Club are accepting Active Kids Sports Vouchers Please copy the link or head to the serivice NSW website to check if your child is eligible.

Have your voucher number ready to use at time of registration. If youy have any issues with your voucher please email the club straight away .
SHARKS HOCKEY CLUB FEES COVER:
Team game fees, Turf hire & lights for club training, Umpiring fees & Trophy levy.
PLEASE NOTE: Pin payment merchant fee charges at time of registration are out of the clubs control.

* Junior Player Playing Senior Waiver and Liability Release Form ( Juniors playng seniors aged 13 to 15 must print, complete and emailed back to the club ASAP.)
* MVHA PLAYER CODE OF BEHAVIOUR
* Club west APPLICATION-FOR-MEMBERSHIP ( for all our 18 & over senior players)
