A registration form MUST be filled out for EACH child. By registering to be part of Seaford Calisthenics Club, registered members are bound by the agreement outlined on the terms of registration page.
Please read carefully before registering...
- For NEW members using registering via Revsport, please insert the MEMBERS NAME, not parent name, in the Register as a new member section.
- For EXISTING members, please insert the MEMBERS LAST NAME and DATE OF BIRTH in the Renew your membership section.
- Please use the phone number and email address for the person who is FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for the member in the Contact details section. Additional email addresses can be entered, however, invoices will not be sent to these addresses.
- Payment for registration must be processed online at the end of the registration process.
- Please ensure you have read, and clearly understand, the terms of registration.
